The system has existing examples, but we are pioneering a first in Web3 by integrating it across all blockchains and NFT ecosystems.

Security & Anti-Scam Measures: The system performs contract verification to prevent fraudulent projects.

Users connect their wallets to the protocol.

The protocol checks assets via blockchain APIs.

The system portfolio recognizes assets through blockchain APIs and sends the data to the protocol.

The protocol verifies and approves only authorized contracts.

The **Cheese Art T-Shirt Store** offers an advanced shopping experience, providing a glimpse into the future of NFT-integrated e-commerce:

* Users can combine **3D-modeled NFTs** with merchandise, including cups, mugs, bags, phone cases, jackets, paintings, and rugs, allowing real-time visualization of the final product.
* All new products will be **3D-modeled** and seamlessly integrated into the system.
* A **Test NFT** is available to demonstrate NFT usability within the store. Users who mint and experiment with the **Test NFT** will receive exclusive rewards in the **Miniapp**.
* Future updates will include advanced **NFT-related features** such as **background removal** and **black-and-white filters**.

### **Future NFT Integration Mechanisms**

Once the store is fully operational, additional functionalities will enhance the NFT ecosystem:

#### **Phase 1:**

* Users who **stake a certain amount of tokens** will have the ability to **license their NFTs** for use by other users in the system.
* Licensed NFTs will generate **royalties** for their owners whenever they are used in product designs.

#### **Phase 2:**

* **CATVEGAS NFT holders** will gain the ability to customize and integrate their NFTs into merchandise.
* Users will be able to **sell their NFT-based merchandise**, earning royalties from each purchase.

* **Gold Certification**: Exclusively reserved for NFT holders when purchasing products featuring their NFT.
* **Silver Certification**: Represents the use of licensed NFTs with copyright considerations.
* Certificates will be provided alongside each product purchase.

### **Legal & Ownership Considerations**

* **No Secondary Market Resale:** Due to legal restrictions, products cannot be resold on secondary marketplaces.
* **Liability for Profit-Based Sales:** Selling products for profit may result in liability claims.
* **NFT Ownership Requirement:** Users can only purchase products if they hold the corresponding NFT. Selling or transferring the NFT results in **loss of ownership rights** over the product.

A major company like **Nike** may have previously owned a **licensed NFT** from our collection. However, if Nike no longer holds the NFT in its portfolio, selling a product featuring that NFT design could lead to **legal claims**.
